Websites for small businesses
A working website for your business.
$400, flat.
One page, built in a week, on your own domain name. You see the finished site before you pay anything. If it is not what you asked for, you owe nothing.
- One page
- Five sections, no filler
- One week
- From email to live
- $400
- Includes domain and hosting setup
01This is the difference

02What you get
- A single page that works on a phone first, because that is where your customers are.
- Your hours, your address, and a button that opens an email to you.
- Photographs of your actual work. No stock images, no pictures of someone else's shop.
- Your own domain name, registered in your name, not mine.
- Hosting set up in an account you own, and a page that loads in under two seconds on a phone signal.
- A one-page handover note: where your domain is registered, where the site is hosted, and how to reach me. Everything in your name, so you can take it anywhere.
03What it costs
| One-page website | $400Includes the domain name and hosting setup for the first year |
|---|---|
| Extra page | $75 each |
| Interactive work | $100, for things like a booking link or a menu you can update |
| Upkeep, if you want it | $25 per month, optional |
Hosting
Because the site is built from plain files, hosting costs very little and is often free. The account goes in your name, on the platform of your choice. I can work with the host you already have, or I can suggest one and check the cost with you first. You own everything and can take the site elsewhere anytime.
Paying
No deposit. You pay when you have seen the site and said yes. Anything outside the prices above gets quoted in writing before any work starts.
04Gallery
Two demo sites for made-up shops. They are deliberately simple: one page, plain words, prices you can read at arm's length. Yours gets your name, your hours, your photographs, and what you actually sell.
Both shops are fictional. Nothing here is copied from another site.
05About me

I am Casey. I live in Mesa. I have been building and fixing computers for about forty years.
These days I build small websites for local businesses. I do the work by hand, and when it is finished it is yours to keep, move, or change without me.
There is no team behind me and no monthly bill attached.
06Start
Tell me the name of your business and what you do. If you decide to go ahead, I ask for your hours, your address, and any photographs you already have. That is the whole intake.
